On desktop
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows, or Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Tick Cached images and files.
- If you’re having login trouble, also tick Cookies and other site data.
- Click Clear now.
- Restart Edge and reload the page.
Tip: The menu route is … (three dots) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Delete browsing data.
On iPhone / Android
- Open the Edge app and tap the ☰ (menu) button at the bottom.
- Tap Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time, select Cached images and files, and tap Delete data.
- Fully close the app and reopen it.
